About this dot-to-dot
Connect the dots from A to Z to draw an elephant with a big ear and a curly trunk, then color it in. Instead of numbers, the dots follow the alphabet from A to Z. Page 2 of the PDF is the answer key with the finished picture. Some medium pages count by 2s or 5s, or follow the alphabet from A to Z.
Coloring ideas
- Put a finger on the next number before drawing the line, so the pencil never jumps to the wrong dot.
- Use a ruler for the long straight edges on the castle, rocket and airplane pages.
- Connect all the dots first in pencil, then trace the finished outline with a dark marker before coloring.
Printing tips
Download the PDF for the sharpest result and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). The PNG is 300 DPI, which is handy for tablets and coloring apps. This page is free for personal, family and classroom use.
