How to Draw a Heart: step-by-step instructions
The new lines in each step are shown in red.
-

Step 1
Draw a rounded bump that starts in the middle and curves down to the left, like half of the letter M.
-

Step 2
Draw a matching bump on the right side.
-

Step 3
From the ends of both bumps, draw curved lines that meet at a point at the bottom.
-

Step 4
Draw a smaller heart inside the first one to make a thick border.
-

Step 5
Give your heart a cute face: two shiny eyes, a smile and rosy cheeks.
-

Step 6
Add a shine mark and a few tiny hearts around it. Now color it red, pink or any color you love!
-

Now color it!
Color the outer band red and the face pink. The cheeks are red, the eyes are black with a white sparkle, and the little hearts around it are red too.
