Frequently asked questions
How does color by number work?
Each square has a number. Look up that number in the color key at the top of the page and color the square in that color. When every square is colored, the mystery picture appears.
What age are these for?
Plain number pages suit preschool and kindergarten (ages 3 to 6). Addition and subtraction to 10 suit kindergarten and first grade, and addition to 20 suits first and second grade.
What do I need?
Crayons, colored pencils or markers in the colors listed in the key. Markers are fastest for filling the squares.
Are there answer keys?
The picture itself is the answer key: if the right picture appears, every problem was solved correctly.
