About this worksheet
A big leafy tree, pine trees on the hill, a winding trail, bluebells and a bush full of leaves. Six everyday objects hide in the forest, from a branch that is really a pencil to a tiny tree made from an ice cream cone. Things to find: sock, ice cream cone, pencil, heart, fish and bell. Page 2 is the answer key with every hidden picture circled. It is an easy puzzle page, a great first try for ages 6 to 8.
Tips for using it
- Search one part of the picture at a time, like the sky first, then the trees, then the ground.
- Turn the page around: an object lying on its side is easier to spot when you look at it from another angle.
- Cross off each object in the strip when you find it so you always know what is left to look for.
Printing tips
Download the PDF and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). Page 1 is the worksheet and page 2 is the answer key with the answers in red; print just page 1 if you want to keep the answers for checking. The PNG shows page 1 only. Free for personal, family and classroom use.
