About this worksheet
A free printable multiplication table reference sheet worksheet. Find the row number and the column number. Their product is where they meet. Third graders can use it for practice, review or a quick check before a test. Circle the facts that took longest and practice just those tomorrow.
Tips for using it
- Skip-count out loud to check any fact you are not sure about.
- Learn the easy tables first (2, 5, 10), then use them to work out harder facts.
- Remember that facts flip: if you know 3 x 8, you also know 8 x 3.
- For the 9 times table, the digits of the answer always add up to 9 (up to 9 x 10).
Printing tips
Download the PDF for the sharpest result and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). The PNG is 300 DPI, which is handy for tablets and coloring apps. This page is free for personal, family and classroom use.
