About this coloring page

Here you get two birds carrying twigs to build a nest in a blossoming tree branch, three eggs in the nest and flowers. A bigger scene with more to color, made for kids about 5 to 8. There is plenty to color here, which makes it a good longer project. Make the star gold or yellow.

Coloring ideas

Use two greens on the tree and bright colors on the ornaments.
Use fresh greens for leaves and grass, and bright colors for flowers.
Color raindrops and puddles light blue and leave a white shine spot.
Make the sky on the rainbow page fade from blue at the top to white near the clouds.

Printing tips

Download the PDF for the sharpest result and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). The PNG is 300 DPI, which is handy for tablets and coloring apps. This page is free for personal, family and classroom use.
