About this worksheet
Two kids build a snowman in a snowy park, with a picket fence, a bench, a lamp post, a sled and a little house on the hill. Six big objects hide in the snow: one of the fence pickets is not a picket at all. Things to find: bell, candy cane, fish, pencil, sock and spoon. Page 2 is the answer key with every hidden picture circled. It is an easy puzzle page, a great first try for ages 6 to 8. Shade the snowballs with light blue.
Tips for using it
- Red, green and gold make a classic Christmas palette.
- Add white for snow.
- Keep the snowman white and color the scarf in bright stripes.
- Search one part of the picture at a time, like the sky first, then the trees, then the ground.
Printing tips
Download the PDF and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). Page 1 is the worksheet and page 2 is the answer key with the answers in red; print just page 1 if you want to keep the answers for checking. The PNG shows page 1 only. Free for personal, family and classroom use.
