About this worksheet
Three kids skate on a frozen pond while a dog watches from the snowy bank, next to a log pile, a snowman and a little house on the hill. Six objects hide around the pond, and one of them is traced right on the ice. Things to find: baseball bat, comb, egg, hammer, heart and mushroom. Page 2 is the answer key with every hidden picture circled. It is an easy puzzle page, a great first try for ages 6 to 8.
Tips for using it
- Search one part of the picture at a time, like the sky first, then the trees, then the ground.
- Turn the page around: an object lying on its side is easier to spot when you look at it from another angle.
- Cross off each object in the strip when you find it so you always know what is left to look for.
Printing tips
Download the PDF and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). Page 1 is the worksheet and page 2 is the answer key with the answers in red; print just page 1 if you want to keep the answers for checking. The PNG shows page 1 only. Free for personal, family and classroom use.
