Sight Word Search Puzzles
Updated November 2026 · 4 free printables
Sight word searches built from the Dolch lists: pre-primer and primer words for kindergarten, first grade and second grade words, ten words per puzzle in a 10 by 10 grid. The words go only across and down.
Finding a word in a grid makes kids look at every letter in order, which is exactly how sight words stick. Read each word aloud before and after circling it.

- Write each found word on a sticky note and hide the notes around the house.
