About this worksheet

Letters G to M with pictures: gift, house, igloo, jam, kite, leaf and mouse. Each row has the letter pair to trace in color and the picture word in dashed letters with green start dots. Big pictures and only a few tasks per page make it a gentle start for kindergartners.

Tips for using it

Say the letter name and its sound out loud each time your child traces it: "B, buh, ball".
Trace the big letter with a finger first, then a crayon, then a pencil, so the movement is learned before neatness counts.
Praise good starts: if the pencil begins on the green dot and follows the arrow, the letter is right even if it wobbles.

Printing tips

Download the PDF for the sharpest result and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). The PNG is 300 DPI, which is handy for tablets and coloring apps. This page is free for personal, family and classroom use.
